Original artist is G Scream I believe, the original's fully coloured and this b&w variation was made by someone else as a wallpaper. The artist may have some 'mature' material so be careful

You should've made an effort to credit the artist with his name and it's obvious many would not have read your journal before viewing this, there is google image search to help you and this is a pretty popular image even now.

Thanx O: ...I didn' know the artists name, as I said - I was 10. Didn' really care for that thing back then and was not on deviantart.. I altered this pic in attempt to look like one of my characters from an old manga I was writing back then (explaining her tattoos - which were supposed to be glowing) my knowledge in graphics art back then was incredibly poor o3o and I actually expected this image to go about unnoticed. So many people are getting offended though and it confuses me - I said I was 10 - I said I did not know the artist and she/he was not listed at the time - I said I got this off google - I said I am also new to deviantart. Not a motherfuckn' jesus people I don't make miracles I can't read minds D:

I tried to be a sensible commenter so I don't appreciate the raging and cussing. As for the artwork, your being 10 has nothing to do with this whatsoever, you submitted the picture this month and I just pointed out how easy it is to find the artist, the amount of attention this got proves how easy it would be to find the original. How about simply adding the artist's name now instead of ranting.
You may Google "g scream" and "oshino shinobu" (the artist and character).
P.S. I've been 'speaking' in a neutral tone thus far.
